Base Intrepid
| | Model of the car: | Base Intrepid | | | General comments: | I bought this car with 150 thousand miles on it and it ran great then and still runs great now with 194 thousand on it. It only has the 3.3 165 horse power engine but it will school most other v6 cars... especially v6 mustangs ';). It rides very nice yet it is sporty. One would almost think they were in an eclipse or something with the way in handles. I drive it to Kansas about once a month and it makes the trip faithfully and it really doesn't use that much gas. It has been a very good car and I would recomend it to anyone seeking a fairly cheap sporty and reliable car. One problem is that in never liked to keep the hubcaps... it always lost them right after I put new ones on. The car is white so it looks like unmarked police car without hubcaps... I've had fun with that. But on a side not I call in my granny car with attitude, because it is four door but acts like a little rice burning hotrod. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | maybe some hubcaps that stay on | | | Previous car: | 1972 Dodge Dart... not really a comparison... soon I'll be getting rid of old faithful for a 1999 Dakota... I just need a truck |
