Dodge Intrepid 3.5L
| | Model of the car: | Dodge Intrepid 3.5L | | | General comments: | It has been a very reliable car, with the exception of the water pump. I bought it used with 50k miles on it and have had to get the water pump fixed twice in a year. Since the second time, it hasn't been a problem. It is very peppy and gives you a lot of torque for a car. Even though it doesn't have leather, the interior is comfortable and the dials are fairly intuitive. The stock stereo wasn't much to listen to, but it wasn't a big deal to swap out for something better. It gets really good highway mpg compared to city. I get around 30-35 highway and 20-25 city. I would recommend it to anyone who wants something that has a lot of space (I'm 6'5" and have all kinds of room) but is still sporty. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | water pump, d | | | Previous car: | '00 Chevy Malibu, the Intrepid is much more powerful; '98 Maxima, very similar, but the Maxima was a tad nicer |
