| | Model of the car: | Dodge Intrepid | | | General comments: | I purchased this car new. It now has 89,000 miles on it. Until now the car has been an excellent car. It currently sits at a dealer with a blown engine. The dealer and Dodge will not back this engine. They say it has to many miles on it. Well I thought when you pay $21,000 for a new vehicle and you maintain the car. It should get at the very least 150,000 miles. Now this engine is going to cost us $7000, because there is not an after market engine we have to purchase this through Dodge or buy a salvage engine. I would on sugest buying this vehicle if you have a deep pocket to repair this car. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Costly engine repairs.
