| | Model of the car: | Dodge Intrepid ES | | | General comments: | DO NOT BUY ANY DODGE PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are stylish and offer great financing rates, but BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any company that can offer 60 months of 0.9% financing for 2 model years and on all models is obviously using it's only means of suckering you into purchasing their product.Dealers are not the most helpful (even 5 star dealers). THe 5 star rating does not come from consumer rating but rather from the # of cars sold by that dealership and is awarded by DOdge!!! I tried to file several complaints regarding two dealerships and was told by Dodge headquarters that they were not interested in pursuing my complaints (ie: Dealership not willing to pay for rental car when transmission needed to be replaced again after only 2 months!!!!!!!!!!) | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Cup holders in the way, hard to get to cig. charger when shifter in park, had Transmission replaced twice in a 6 month time period I drive a lot of highway miles (22,000 in one year)(Dodge claims this has never been an issue, not from my review of other owners), driver power seat broken the first day I owned it! Dealership not very helpful and no luck with Dodge either. | | | Previous car: | Owned a 1980 VW with over 250,000 and would have kept it had I not been in an accident and another driver totalled my car! I loved that car!!!!!!!!!!! |
