R | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Only one problem so far - transmission was replaced at 3,000 miles. Averaging about 18-19 mpg in the city - wish it was better.Visibility out the rear can be difficult. Reminds me of my old 69 Catalina. Once you learn it's size, easy to park and drive. Tranny shifts into 4th too soon sometimes, but the autostick feature solves that issue. Friends always want me to drive so we don't have to pack into their sardine can Honda's or Toyota's. | | | Previous car: | 1992 Taurus - Intrepid superior in every way except gas mileage. The Taurus engine was very smooth, but was not exactly repair free. |
